Dose
15-60 mg of DMT is the standard dose when smoked. DMT is inhaled over a few successive breaths when smoked. As a short lived tolerance to the drug develops rapidly the user will need to wait at least a few hours between attempts to achieve a similar effect.
Taking It
DMT is most commonly smoked but can also be sniffed or injected. DMT has no effect at standard doses when swallowed. When smoked with another drug like marijuana or tobacco the user may find that the effects of the DMT will override the effects of the other drug.
