Description |
Crack
is usually smoked in some form of pipe, but can also be chased, flaked
into a joint or injected. Crack is more expensive
than cocaine and more addictive. This makes using crack a high-risk
activity. It is easy to spend the same amount of money on crack over
a few days as you would on cocaine over a few weeks or months. |

Effects |
||
Crack
is a stimulant drug that makes the user feel more confident, alert and
energetic.
Crack is the fastest acting type of cocaine. When smoked, it kicks in almost immediately and takes the user 'higher' than when snorted or injected. As a trade off, the 'high' lasts less time (about 5 minutes) and the comedown is more intense. On a comedown, users can have feelings of depression and paranoia. Users can also suffer from insomnia (not being able to sleep). |
